A seven-year-old girl has disappeared from the boat that capsized ten kilometers off the coast of Lanzarote. According to sources from the emergency services, a woman from that boat assured upon arriving at the port of Arrecife that her daughter drowned during the night of the rescues.

That inflatable boat capsized and several occupants fell into the water, including a six-year-old child, a pregnant woman, and six other adults who were evacuated to Molina Orosa.

The child went into cardiorespiratory arrest, but they were able to revive him. Initially, he was evacuated along with the pregnant woman to the Doctor José Molina Orosa Hospital in Arrecife, and later, he was transferred again by helicopter to a hospital in Gran Canaria.

The rest of the occupants of that inflatable boat were rescued by the Guardamar Polimnia, which returned to land with 218 people from five different rescues.
