A boat arrives on its own means to Caletón Blanco

30 people have already been located in the area, including two women

A second boat has reached the coasts of Lanzarote, specifically the Caletón Blanco area in the municipality of Haría, as reported by the Emergency Consortium.

The Local Police of Haría have managed to locate 33 occupants of the boat, although they have indicated that the boat could be carrying a total of 40 people. Among them are 31 men and 2 women, all of Maghreb origin.

According to the Red Cross, they were all in good condition and did not need to be transferred to a hospital.

This is the second boat that has arrived this Tuesday to the island of Lanzarote, the first was at dawn and arrived at Papagayo beach without any of its occupants being located.
