The Isolated Depression at High Levels (DANA) that affects the Canary Islands this weekend has left rain, snow, hail, lightning, thunder and cold, and also incidents, but without personal injury for now.
The Canary Islands Government keeps four islands on alert for rain: Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura.
The main incidents have been landslides, flooded roads, water leaks or power cuts.
The DANA has caused several incidents on the islands, although for the moment without affecting people, as reported by 112. The alerts received for the overflow of sewers have come from the municipalities of Arrecife and San Bartolomé.
Forecast for Sunday
For this Sunday, AEMET announces that there will be cloudy intervals with precipitation that may be in the form of locally heavy showers and accompanied by storms. Temperatures will not change or slightly increase. As for the light wind, it will blow moderately from the west, turning to the northwest in the afternoon.
