Canal Gestión and the Water Consortium inform that Caleta de Sebo (La Graciosa), Arrieta, Punta Mujeres, Guatiza and some areas of the town of Haría, whose drinking water supplies "are still suspended in order to recover the levels of the reservoir tanks". They also announce that the supply in these locations "will be restored in the next few hours".
The company also points out that "maneuvers will be carried out to regulate pressures that may cause some anomalies in the supply of Famara, La Villa, Nazaret and Máguez, specifically". "The rest of the localities that have suffered restrictions today, such as Teseguite, Los Valles, El Mojón, Guinate, Yé and Órzola, have already had their service restored," they add.
"This critical situation, as announced, is a consequence of the failure of the north line 2, which, although it has already been repaired, has compromised the supply," explain from the water company.
Finally, Canal Gestión Lanzarote and the Water Consortium "regret the inconvenience that these circumstances may cause to service subscribers, assuring that all possible means are being put in place to resolve it as soon as possible."
