A Zodiac-type boat has appeared adrift this Sunday on the coast of Playa Blanca, according to a local resident who told La Voz. The most likely hypothesis is that it is one of the boats that were intercepted in recent days near the coast of Lanzarote and that after rescuing its occupants it has been left adrift.
The boat was spotted around 10 in the morning by people who were in the area and they notified the authorities. In the inflatable boat there were floats, gas tanks, clothes and remains of food and water bottle containers.
Firefighters from the Emergency Consortium have traveled to the place and have tied it to the rocks on the beach.
