Members of the Lanzarote Security and Emergency Consortium intervened on Sunday morning, January 18, in an urban rescue at a home located on El Rafael street in Arrecife.
According to the Consortium itself, the alert was received at 9:40 AM through CECOES 1-1-2, after the property owner activated her telecare alarm because she felt unwell and **unable to get out of bed.**Once inside the home, firefighters accessed the interior through the balcony door, without needing to force it, and proceeded to open the main door to allow entry for medical servicesHealthcare professionals took charge of the woman, while firefighters reported the completion of the operation to both CECOES and the Fire Department Central, concluding the service without any additional incidents.
