Lanzarote volunteer firefighters extinguished a small fire outside an abandoned house in Candelaria, in Tías, this weekend.
Once on the scene, they proceeded to extinguish it with sprayed water and a direct jet to remove it together with manual tools. In the fire, belongings and appliances such as washing machines and properties that were outside burned.
A BUP, fire deterrent and a rescue vehicle have been mobilized for this intervention. Civil Protection, Tías Local Police and firefighters from the Consortium collaborated in the intervention.
