A vehicle has crashed into another car that was parked in Costa Teguise. The incident took place this Saturday, at the intersection between Los Geranios street and Las Palmeras Avenue in the tourist town of Teguise.
Alerted by the Canary Islands Emergency and Security Coordination Center (CECOES) 112, firefighters from the Lanzarote Security and Emergency Consortium proceeded to the area to **clean the road**, as one of the vehicles had leaked oil onto the road after the collision.The firefighters neutralized the spilled oil with sepiolite and concluded the service.
Paramedics from the Canary Islands Emergency Services and agents from the Tías Local Police have also been dispatched to the area.
