Firefighters have extinguished the flames of a vehicle that caught fire at approximately 12:30 p.m. this Monday on the Rambla Medular in Arrecife, next to the Open Mall, as reported by the Emergency Consortium.
Upon arrival, the officers verified that the car was burning from the engine area, so they immediately proceeded to extinguish the fire using atomized water and foam.
Once the fire was extinguished, they disconnected the vehicle's battery to eliminate any risk of reactivation of the flames. In addition, agents of the Local Police also went to the scene, who regulated traffic.
