The tranquility of the town of Máguez was disturbed this Saturday night after the escape of two immigrants from the Nature Classroom. Apparently, the two boys had escaped through one of the windows of the center, according to La Voz.
Once the notice was given from the center, a police device was launched in which agents of the Civil Guard, the National Police and the Local Police participated.
They were finally located in the town, where they would have gone to buy tobacco, according to La Voz.
Due to the pandemic, immigrants arriving on the island have to be isolated until PCRs are performed and they test negative.
At the moment this center welcomes 63 immigrants.
