The Civil Guard of Costa Teguise arrested three men between July 3 and 5 of Spanish nationality, aged between 22 and 33 years old and with a history against property, as alleged perpetrators of three theft crimes in homes in Tahíche, which they accessed without forcing or breaking after having watched them, stealing objects worth a total of 2,860 euros.
The investigations began on June 27 when the Civil Guard began to receive complaints, all of them focused on Tahíche, which finally amounted to a total of three. According to what was stated in them, the Benemérita points out that the "modus operandi" was always the same: three young men came with a vehicle, two of them entering the houses while one remained outside to, in a few minutes, get everything they could take and hurriedly leave the area.
The agents of the Investigation Area found out that part of the stolen objects had been sold in a second-hand store located in Arrecife, managing through it, with the sales contracts and surveillance images, to identify part of the people who had made the sales.
Thus, after the aforementioned police procedures, the Civil Guard collected the first indications to identify and arrest F.M.S.S and J.L.M.C. as alleged perpetrators of three theft crimes for the two cases reported, making another arrest based on the statements obtained from J.N.M.
Recovery of stolen effects
Based on the police investigation tasks, the testimonies obtained from the witnesses and the statements of the detainees, the Civil Guard observed that the group distributed the tasks regarding the tasks of identifying possible targets to enter, transportation work and surveillance functions, while others accessed the interior of the homes -none had an alarm- and were responsible for the subsequent sale of the fruit obtained from the crimes committed.
The Civil Guard of Costa Teguise recovered several stolen effects such as electroacoustic guitars, a drill, a jigsaw, etc., continuing with the efforts to locate and recover the rest of the stolen effects.
