The gale that hit the island of Lanzarote this past Thursday, April 3, left more than fifteen incidents.
The firefighters from the Central Park of the Lanzarote Security and Emergency Consortium intervened in the fall of a fence in Punta Mujeres and in a pergola that was at risk of falling in Arrieta, both in the municipality of Haría.
In addition, the firefighters acted on five incidents in San Bartolomé, due to the fall of two detached cables and three pergolas at risk of falling off.
Likewise, they also acted on a pole in Mala, in addition to a palm tree that collapsed on some cables, both in Teguise.
To which are added five incidents in Arrecife, where a shutter almost fell, an electrical tower collapsed on the Altavista soccer field in Arrecife, and the firefighters acted on lampposts and palm trees at risk of falling or that fell on the road.
Meanwhile, the firefighters from the South park went to the illegal Hotel Sandos Pagayo, formerly Papagayo Arena, in Yaiza, due to the detachment of its facade and acted on the possible fall of a pergola in Los Lirios, in Tías.
