The Civil Guard of the Main Post of Yaiza has been investigating since last 14th a person with the initials F.M.M. as the alleged perpetrator of an attempted robbery with force in things, after being surprised by the workers of a hotel while he was searching a locker of the staff of the aforementioned business.
The Civil Guard became aware of the event as a result of the complaint filed on October 30. The complaint detailed that the day before, an employee of the hotel in question surprised a person searching a locker that was not his property, located in the room used by the staff to leave their personal belongings, allegedly after forcing a padlock that closed it.
The employee in question quickly notified a security guard, being able to prevent the robbery from being consummated between the two and identifying the alleged perpetrator, since he used to carry out merchandise delivery activities in the hotel business in question.
After "informing the hotel's management staff of the described events, the corresponding complaint was filed, with the Civil Guard collecting the necessary evidence to identify and investigate F.M.M. as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of robbery with force in things in the degree of attempt", who has been placed at the disposal of the corresponding Court, on guard duty, of the town of Arrecife.
