The 22-year-old who was in critical condition after the accident that occurred this Tuesday in Tinajo has died. This has been confirmed by the mayor of Tinajo, Jesús Machín, on Radio Lanzarote-Onda Cero. This is Juan Hernández, a resident of the municipality, and his death joins the death of Manuel Guillén, who died at the scene after the crash.
The accident occurred at approximately 5:47 p.m. this Tuesday, when two cars collided head-on shortly before the La Vegueta intersection. Hernández was traveling alone in one of the vehicles and when the health services arrived, he was in cardiorespiratory arrest.
After managing to revive him, he was transferred by ambulance to the Molina Orosa Hospital, where he was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit. However, he eventually died at this health center.
