Firefighters from the Security and Emergency Consortium have smothered the fire of several containers in the municipality of Yaiza. At 10:30 p.m., they mobilized to Alegranza Street, in Puerto Calero, to extinguish the flames.
Alerted by the Emergency Coordination Center of the fire of several containers in this road, they arrived at the place, where agents of the Civil Guard and Local Police were found.
The fire affected three containers, one for cardboard, another for plastic, and one for organic waste, which were completely burning. After proceeding to extinguish it with water, they subsequently cleaned the sidewalk, the remains of the fire, and have completed the service.
