Maritime Rescue has stopped searching for a second boat in the northern area of the island after it was confirmed to be a false alarm, according to the Security and Emergency Consortium.
The search for this boat coincided with the arrival of another boat at La Cantería beach in Órzola, in which 29 immigrants were traveling.
