Firefighters from the Lanzarote Security and Emergency Consortium went this Sunday morning to a house in Arrecife alerted by the fall of part of the whitewash from a balcony onto the public road.
Alerted by the Local Police of Arrecife, they moved to Añaza street, at number 12, in the Central Park area.
According to the Security and Emergency Consortium, the incident occurred around 09:30 hours, when part of the plaster of a balcony began to come off, creating a risk for people who could walk down the street.
The firefighters went to the place to remove the loose parts of the balcony and secure the area. After that, it was the Local Police of Arrecife who managed the removal of the debris and restored normality in the area.
