The Lanzarote Security and Emergency Consortium intervened on Saturday night, August 10, in a fire declared in a house on Tenderete Street, in San Bartolomé. No one was injured.
According to the consortium, the Civil Guard reported during the trip that the house had been evacuated and that smoke was coming out of the building. Upon arrival, the firefighters verified that the smoke came from a basement.
The owner allowed access and warned that there were three vehicles and a motorcycle inside. The troops located the source, which only affected a trash can and the side of a freezer. After extinguishing the flames with water, they ventilated the basement and ended the service.
