Firefighters have rescued two dogs from a burning shack in Arrecife, located inside a fenced plot of land on México street, corner of Portugal. The incident took place at approximately 9:30 p.m. this Friday. The flames and smoke coming from the place alerted the residents of the area who called the Lanzarote Emergency and Security Consortium.
Firefighters went there and upon arrival, they verified that there were two dogs in the shack, which they rescued from the flames. Once the fire was extinguished, they left the dogs at the scene.
