Firefighters extinguished a fire on public roads in Arrecife this Friday, as reported by the Security and Emergency Consortium. The fire originated in the early hours of the morning at around 2.51 am on Panamá street, in the capital of Lanzarote.

Alerted by the Local Police, the emergency services approached the area to extinguish the fire located on the sidewalk in front of a building. The heat affected the cladding of the building's facade, causing part of it to come off, as well as two windows, which were slightly affected. Several objects, woods and what appeared to be a wheel were also damaged after the fire, which were completely destroyed.

In addition, National Police officers collaborated with the firefighters, securing the area.
