The Civil Guard arrested last Monday the main perpetrator of a sexual assault crime in Lanzarote. The alleged aggression took place last Saturday night during the celebration of the Carnivals in Costa Teguise.
As reported by the Civil Guard, the investigation is ongoing, in order to clarify if there could be more people involved.
In addition, no information will be provided on how the events occurred to preserve the privacy of the victim, the Civil Guard has clarified.
