This establishment was founded on August 7, 1976, at Avenida de Los Volcanes number seven.

In 2017, the Tinajo City Council honored the work of the municipality's bakeries and interviewed Andrés Rodríguez himself.

"I started nine years throwing fire with firewood and then I bought a mechanized oven, but first it was artisanal," he said then in a video broadcast on the council's YouTube channel. This Tinajero started the business with his wife, making and distributing bread. After his retirement, he left the business to his children.
