A vehicle that, apparently, was traveling at high speed, crashed into the rear of another vehicle, displacing it onto the sidewalk, as reported by the Lanzarote Emergency Consortium. The occupants of the two cars were unharmed.
The accident took place at around 8:55 p.m. this Thursday, June 1, on Aloe Street in Playa Blanca, the time at which CECOES was notified.
Local Police officers and firefighters went to the scene.
The firefighters disconnected the battery of one of the cars and placed it on one side of the road and lowered the other from the sidewalk to later clean the road.
For their part, the local police officers carried out the corresponding report.
