A woman had to be rescued this Saturday after suffering a dislocated shoulder on Las Conchas beach in La Graciosa, as reported by the Emergency Consortium.
After being alerted by CECOES that there was an injured bather in a difficult-to-access place, an ambulance, Emerlan and firefighters have moved to the site.
Once on site, the firefighters located the affected person and proceeded to carry out a primary assessment and emotional support. When the health services arrived, they collaborated in immobilizing the shoulder and coordinated the transfer of the injured woman to the ambulance through the safest area.
And finally, she has been transferred to the Health Center of the Eighth Island.
