A 62-year-old French tourist had to be evacuated around 2:15 p.m. this Tuesday after an accident on the Las Rositas road, in Risco de Famara, according to CECOES.
The woman suffered a minor injury to her right foot and could not walk, so she had to be evacuated by Emerlan volunteers and firefighters from the Emergency Consortium. The Local Police of Haría also collaborated.
Upon arriving at the area, the emergency teams assisted and immobilized the injured woman and transferred her to the SUC ambulance, which evacuated her to the José Molina Orosa Hospital.
