Firefighters rescued a 73-year-old man who had fallen inside his home early this Tuesday in Tías.
As reported by the Security and Emergency Consortium, the incident occurred at 02.18 on Gabriel Díaz Street. When the firefighters arrived, they found the door closed and it was the injured man himself who opened it with an automatic control.
Once they managed to access the house, the health services stabilized the affected person and transferred him to the ambulance.
The Canary Emergency Service and agents of the Local Police also went to the scene.
