The Police found this Tuesday the lifeless body of a man in a house in Arrecife, in the neighborhood of Altavista. Both the agents and the firefighters of the Emergency Consortium have moved there alerted that there was "a house that smelled of burning".
Upon arrival, they have verified that the fire was already extinguished", but inside the house they found the corpse of a man. Apparently, the deceased was "being searched for several days".
According to sources from the Emergency Consortium, whose troops have not been able to enter the house "so as not to contaminate evidence", there were indications that the fire "had occurred days ago and had self-extinguished".
After the discovery of the corpse, the Judicial Police has moved to this building in the Altavista neighborhood. Now it will be up to specialist experts "to determine what causes and in what circumstances the death occurred", they explain from the Consortium.
