A man injures a 45-year-old woman with a knife, this morning, in El Greco street, in Arrecife, in Lanzarote, according to the press service of the Coordinating Center for Security and Emergencies of the Government of the Canary Islands (Cecoes) 112.

So far, the medical diagnosis and the severity of the injuries suffered by the woman, all in the upper limbs, are unknown.

The event occurred at approximately 01:45 this Saturday and National Police officers, personnel from the Canary Emergency Service and a basic life support ambulance that transferred the injured woman to the Doctor José Medina Orosa hospital, in Arrecife, went there.
