Fire extinguished in a manure heap in Yaiza

The firefighters of the Security and Emergency Consortium went this Friday at noon to Yaiza to put out a fire. The flames broke out in a manure heap on Valle de Fenauso street and it was necessary to get a specific machine to cover the fire with sand and thus extinguish the fire.

The events took place after 2 p.m. From the Consortium they have reported that the flames occurred in a manure heap with camel excrement. According to reports, there were no animals there and the manure heap is located in a rural area, so, even despite the "strong wind" blowing this Friday on the island, "there has been no danger."
