Two accidents, two injured cyclists, all in less than ten minutes, although in different places. The Emergency and Security Coordinating Center 112 received a call this Monday at 3:43 p.m., alerting that a young man of 17 years old had been hit by a car while riding a bicycle in the vicinity of La Candelaria, in Puerto del Carmen.
The young man presented less serious multiple injuries in the arms, and was transferred by ambulance to the Doctor José Molina Orosa Hospital.
Shortly after receiving that call, the emergency services were activated again. In this case, at 3:41 p.m., and in the vicinity of Conil, a man had been injured after falling off his bicycle, presenting trauma to the leg of a less serious nature, "except for complications", according to CECOES. After being treated at the scene, the injured man was also transferred to the Hospital.
