An accident between two vehicles in Playa Blanca this Wednesday morning has resulted in one injury.
According to reports from the Security and Emergency Consortium, the incident occurred around 08:18 hours on Calle Francia. Firefighters, the Yaiza Local Police, and an ambulance from the Canary Emergency Service were dispatched to the scene.
The affected individual, who had severe neck pain, had to be rescued by firefighters from the rear of the vehicle using a rescue board. Subsequently, the injured person was transferred to the Molina Orosa Hospital.
