A 73-year-old man is in critical condition after being hit by a car in Teguise, as reported by CECOES. The accident occurred at approximately 6:13 p.m. on Puerto y Villa de Garachico street in the town.
A basic life support ambulance and a medical ambulance from the Canary Emergency Service and Local Police have been dispatched to the scene.
The healthcare personnel have assessed and assisted the injured man, who presents with a traumatic brain injury, and once stabilized, he has been transferred to the Hospital where he has been admitted in critical condition.
The Local Police have initiated the corresponding proceedings.
