A 64-year-old man was injured after falling from the second floor of a hotel in Playa Blanca, in the municipality of Yaiza, early this Wednesday morning.
The injured man, of foreign origin, suffered minor trauma to both legs, so he was transferred to Doctor José Molina Orosa Hospital in a basic life support ambulance from the Canary Emergency Service (SUC).
At approximately 4:17 a.m., a call alerted the Coordinating Center for Emergencies and Security (Cecoes) 1-1-2, reporting that a person had fallen onto the public road from a hotel and needed medical assistance.
SUC medical personnel assisted the affected individual and transferred him to the aforementioned hospital. The Local Police regulated traffic on the road and carried out the corresponding procedures.
