Thousands of people have enjoyed the great Carnival parade of Puerto del Carmen. From 5:00 p.m. the Avenida de las Playas in Puerto del Carmen has been filled with color, rhythm and joy with the floats, masquerades, batucadas, troupes, murgas and Carnival groups.
After the parade, the carnival-goers have enjoyed the verbena that has been entertained by Malibú Band, Bomba group and DJ Ángel Pérez in Plaza del Varadero.
The Carnival program of "Cartoons" will continue this Sunday with the celebration at 11:00 a.m. of the great children's parade from the end of Teide street towards Varadero, inflatables and daytime carnival with the performances of the Malibú Band orchestra, el Morocho and Pepe Benavente.
