The results of an internal survey conducted on 1,544 visitors to the Tourist Centers has revealed that 93% enjoyed a "very satisfactory or satisfactory" experience in the restaurants of the spaces created by César Manrique. The results of the study also reflect that 65% of customers "exceeded their expectations" in the restaurants of the Tourist Centers, and that 70% positively value the "quality/price ratio". More than half of those surveyed, 55%, became "prescribers of the gastronomic experience of the Tourist Centers in their close environment".
These are the main conclusions of a "field work carried out between April 1 and June 30" through the system of interviews with customers of the cafeterias and restaurants of the Tourist Centers "by the Customer Experience team". The survey has a "global margin of error of 2.5%".
The president of the Cabildo of Lanzarote and of the Board of Directors of the Tourist Centers, María Dolores Corujo, publicly congratulated the restaurant team of the Tourist Centers for "being protagonists of figures that are the result of the work done to reverse the historical deficit of an essential service of this Entity but that, far from leading us to complacency, are sure to be a stimulus and motivation to continue working to make us more competitive".
For his part, the CEO of the Entity, Benjamín Perdomo, extended this congratulations and assured that "this survey reveals that things can be changed with work and effort, and that the restaurants of the Tourist Centers are moving, now yes, in the right direction".

According to the survey conducted by Customer Experience, "the restaurants of the Castillo de San José and the Casa Museo del Campesino and the cafeteria of the Mirador del Río are the most recommended by their customers (75%, 63% and 68%) while that of the Montañas del Fuego exceeds 40%. The restaurant of the Castillo again leads the ranking in the level of expectations exceeded with 82.54%, followed by the Jardín de Cactus (72.71%) and the Casa Museo del Campesino, with 68.06%".
90% of the customers of the Castillo de San José consider the quality/price ratio to be "very adequate or adequate". This figure reaches 61% in the restaurant of the Montañas del Fuego. Finally, 100% of the customers of the Castillo de San José are "very satisfied or satisfied" with the experience. This value remains at 91% in the Montañas del Fuego. With regard to the product, the most valued factor is the taste for 82% of the diners. The environmental comfort, the ambient temperature and the quality of the facilities are "the best valued aspects of the facilities".
Also the ratios "related to the staff" are highly valued by the clientele: the most, "the kindness and treatment, the speed and disposition, and the professionalism, with values that are around 90% on average in terms of positive mentions received in all restaurants", concludes the survey.
