The drone show organized by the Cabildo of Lanzarote, through the Tourism office, has generated enormous expectation. Therefore, the organization recommends that it be seen from the Marina de Naos, since the virtual screen will project its best version oriented to that area of the Arrecife marina.
In addition, they ask the population to come early to occupy the area calmly.
Why is this show so special?
Never before has there been a show with this type of aircraft on the island. The second, and most important, is that it will be the largest in the history of the Canary Islands. And it is that in the archipelago there had never been an exercise of this caliber with 200 drones flying at the same time (the most important ones housed 120 as maximum), in fact this swarm has flown in Spain on few occasions.
On the other hand, the event is fully customized, designing it with the figures that the Tourism Lanzarote technicians have been contributing to the Umiles engineers. The show is unrepeatable, uniting the themes of Christmas and Lanzarote. That promotional design is the Christmas tourist postcard that will be sent abroad from our island, with cutting-edge technology.
And, as if that were not enough, it meets a series of conditions that are also unique. On the one hand, they do not generate the explosions typical of pyrotechnics, which are so harmful to many people who have a really bad time, and to pets that suffer with those sound blows. The show is totally respectful and sustainable, and represents a paradigm shift.
This particular army of drones will take off at 8:00 p.m. from the cruise ship dock of Marina Lanzarote, and will be spectacularly visible on Naos Avenue.
