The Tourist Centers and Silvia Congost bring to Lanzarote "Objetivo Amarte", a transformative journey that teaches the viewer to analyze their own history to read how their past relationships have been, understand the type of bond they maintain with themselves and decide how they want the ones they maintain with others to be.
"Objetivo Amarte" is a vital experience, a journey of self-knowledge and awareness that provides the opportunity to forgive and thank for everything lived and learned to decide what we release in our daily journey. It will be next Friday, August 5, at 9 p.m., in the Jameos del Agua Auditorium.
Silvia Congost, who is a psychologist expert in emotional dependency, self-esteem and toxic relationships, assures that the human being "is capable of facing any change that he proposes with the appropriate method and in the right place".
