The International Museum of Contemporary Art, MIAC - Castillo de San José, will host the double broadcast of the New Year's Eve Bells that Mediaset España will carry out for the entire country, with live programs at 00:00 hours in the Peninsula and the archipelago, respectively.
The councilor of the Art, Culture and Tourism Centers, Ángel Vázquez, the director of the Content Production Division of Mediaset España, Jaime Guerra, and the presenters of the event, Ion Aramendi, Blanca Romero, Angeles Blanco and Ricardo Reyes, revealed some of the surprises prepared to say goodbye to the Year during an informative conference held this morning in the Islote de Fermina.
Vázquez pointed out that "this double broadcast of the Bells from the fortress transformed by César Manrique is a reason to fill us with pride. During the next few weeks there will be talk of Lanzarote and its people, its landscapes and its volcanoes, its sea and its gastronomy and of César Manrique and the Tourist Centers in a promotional action of incalculable value, which will show the values that make us a unique and different destination, the best to welcome the new year".
Jaime Guerra, for his part, has explained the technical details of an event that can be seen on Cuatro and Telecinco.
Romero, Aramendi, Reyes and Blanco - wearing Lanzarote fashion - for their part, have shared the emotions they experience in the days leading up to the most important night of the year.
The 2025 Bells
Ion Aramendi, presenter of Reacción en Cadena and Gran Hermano. El Debate, and Blanca Romero, presenter of the cooking talent show Next Level Chef, will host the first of these broadcasts, which will be carried out in simulcast on Telecinco and Cuatro, which will start minutes before midnight peninsular time.
After this broadcast, Ángeles Blanco, presenter of Informativos Telecinco 15.00 hours, and Ricardo Reyes, host of El Desmarque Cuatro and El Desmarque Madrugada, will take over, who will lead the second Bells, also live for all of Spain, and will be broadcast on Telecinco around 00.00 hours of the archipelago's time.
Party to say goodbye to 2025
The Tourist Centers have been planning for weeks what will be one of the great nights of the year. A varied gastronomic proposal; a very powerful musical offer; a careful decoration and endless surprises are some of the ingredients of a cocktail that promises strong emotions and that, according to the councilor of the Entity, will be during the next days to "maintain the interest of the public". Vázquez has assured, in any case, that the operation "will not leave anyone indifferent".
The Castillo de San José is, therefore, starting to warm up to offer a legendary night to those who want to be protagonists of a double extraordinary adventure from an extraordinary place.
