Fresh from touring the island of La Palma and several mainland towns such as Berja and Eljido in Almería or Huéscar in Granada, the musical group Bohemia Lanzarote presented on Tuesday night, in Mancha Blanca, its recent record work entitled 'Canarias-Sudamérica, a round trip', becoming the first group to inaugurate the big festivals of Lanzarote in honor of the Virgen de Los Dolores after the reading of the proclamation.

As expected, followers and the general public came to the Plaza de Los Dolores to enjoy the wide and varied musical repertoire that the Lanzarote group had prepared.

Since its presentation to society in April of last year, Bohemia Lanzarote has been very supported, due to its good work and commitment, breaking the molds established until now and contributing new ways of both interpreting and staging.

In each of its concerts it includes novelties, managing to surprise the public, as it did in Mancha Blanca, where it took a tour of the songs that the group has recorded, to which its director, Juanma Padrón, has put his stamp both for the musical arrangements included and for the way of interpreting each of them, songs by authors that sound totally different such as 'Corazón Abierto' by India Martinez, 'Derroche' by Manuel Jiménez and Ramón Sánchez, 'Todo Cambia' by Julio Nummhaser or 'Llegaste tú' by Luis fonsi and Claudia Brant, among others.

For this concert, Bohemia Lanzarote invited the dance troupe of the Coros y Danzas Arrecife Folkloric Group, who first danced some seguidillas with arrangements by Juanma Padrón and then a maalagueña, where a single couple formed by Mari Nieves Hernández and José Morales adapted easily to the fused notes without losing their primitive essence. The audience enjoyed Bohemia Lanzarote, which gave everything from beginning to end, receiving applause in each of their songs for their dedication and good work.
