Half a hundred pieces carefully crafted by the artist Fabián López have left his workshop in the town of Uga to open to the public at the Yaiza House of Culture. These are halls that give value and presence to the 'Textures and Senses' exhibition, a whole set of reliefs, furniture, installations and sculptures that can be visited until April 29, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and also on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Using mixed media and a variety of materials, such as sand, wood and metals, the creator takes us into his emotional world full of textures with the unmistakable imprint of the colors of Lanzarote. It is the first time that Fabián López has exhibited, and he is delighted to share his works with the public of Yaiza and art lovers who live in other municipalities.

The Councilor for Culture of Yaiza, Daniel Medina, accompanied the artist at the opening of the exhibition last Thursday. The exhibition is organized "with all the prevention measures for Covid-19 infections", so Yaiza begs "maximum collaboration" for compliance with all security measures.
