The 'Casa Museo del Campesino' will host a popular festival on Saturday, November 18, which will feature the gastronomy, music and humor made in the Canary Islands as the main protagonists. The tenderete-enyesque will open its doors starting at 7:00 p.m.
The recipes of the dishes with a taste of History that are prepared in the kitchens of the 'Casa Museo del Campesino' will be the axis around which a party that promises good traditional music and lots of laughter and fun will revolve. Wrinkled potatoes with mojo, fresh goat cheese tacos, jable chickpeas with meat and homemade croaker croquettes, among others, washed down with the best Lanzarote wine, will be paired with the sounds of the folk group 'Los Faycanes' and the good vibes transmitted by the comedian Jaime Marrero, in an evening full of surprises.
The Councilor for Art, Culture and Tourism Centers, Ángel Vázquez, encourages the island's population to participate in a festival "that invites us to get out of the routine and enjoy a day of Canarianism in the best possible environment, the one that César Manrique created to remind us of the importance of the primary sector on the island." Vázquez also anticipates that the Art, Culture and Tourism Centers "will celebrate this type of festival regularly."
