Shaun the Sheep, the fun sheep, will be the star of a new session of La Pantalla Chinija, the Tenique Cultural project that brings the best cinema to families in Lanzarote.
The event will be held on Saturday, November 29 at 12:00 PM at the Arrecife House of Culture, where the film Shaun the Sheep (Richard Starzak and Mark Burton, 2015) will be screened
With its mix of humor, wit, and emotion, the film narrates the antics of Shaun and his flock when a farm prank leads them on a grand adventure in the city. The movie, produced by the creators of Wallace & Gromit, is a wordless story that celebrates friendship, cooperation, and imagination.
After the screening, cultural mediator Cristina Temprano will propose a participatory activity for children and adults to share their impressions and play with the ideas and emotions the film evokes.
The activity is free and access will be open until capacity is reached.
With this proposal, Tenique Cultural and the Department of Culture of the Haría, Tías, San Bartolomé, Tinajo, Arrecife, and Yaiza Town Councils continue to promote spaces for meeting around cinema and creativity, fostering family participation and the shared enjoyment of culture.
