La Noche Blanca brings thousands of Lanzarote residents back together in Teguise

From five in the afternoon until two in the morning, different activities filled the streets of La Villa

White Night in Teguise

Thousands of people returned to the eleventh edition of the White Night of Teguise. "A magnificent night, there was a good atmosphere and there were no incidents," is how the Councilor for Works and Emergencies, Eugenio Robayna, described the day. "There were as many people as in the first editions, you could tell that people wanted to have fun," he added.

At 5:00 p.m. the activities began in the different stages that were set up in the town. Shows for the little ones, storytellers, concerts, dance, theater and exhibitions filled the day that lasted until two in the morning this Saturday.

The Councilor for Emergencies pointed out to La Voz that the security device worked perfectly thanks to Civil Protection, Local Police, Civil Guard and Emerlan. Finally, Robayna emphasizes that "since 5 in the morning the employees of the City Council's Mobile Park have been working to ensure that La Villa dawns clean and with all its streets open."
