The Prosecutor's Office of Santa Cruz de Tenerife has requested up to twelve years in prison for two men as alleged perpetrators of the assault on a minor, niece and granddaughter of the defendants.
The public prosecutor's office requests in the trial that will be held on February 24 in the Provincial Court of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, 12 years for the uncle and 11 years and 10 months for the grandfather, as well as the payment of 30,000 and 25,000 euros respectively.
The girl's mother had entrusted her mother and father with the care of the minor while she worked, so she had to live several days a month with her maternal grandparents at their home.
The uncle coincided with his niece in this dwelling punctually because he was temporarily housed due to renovations.
The Prosecutor's Office recounts in its brief the alleged aggressions to which the minor was subjected.
