Postgraduate scholarships between €18,000 and €30,000
The first academic training scholarship, endowed with 30,000 euros, will be used to finance postgraduate studies at the College of Europe, at any of its campuses, Bruges (Belgium) or Natolin (Poland).
The other two have an allocation of 18,000 euros each and will be used to fund postgraduate studies at any other European center outside of Spain, conducted in English and/or French.
In the event that no proposed candidate is admitted to the College of Europe, the amounts will be restructured to add one more scholarship to the second modality. In this case, there will be three scholarships of 22,000 euros each for postgraduate studies abroad
Regarding the subject matter of postgraduate studies, they must focus on European Union affairs, in the legal, economic, or institutional fields. They must be pursued in person at official or accredited universities and academic institutions located outside national territory and within the European Union. Furthermore, the chosen courses must be taught predominantly in English or French, or both languages.
Regarding the academic workload of the studies, they will have to have between 60 and 120 ECTS credits, spread over a period of between 36 and 40 weeks per academic year, with a maximum of two academic years
Once the study proposals have been received from the applicants, the Directorate-General for European Affairs, as the instructing body, will be responsible for validating them prior to the formalization of enrollment to verify that they meet all the required conditions.
Two internship positions at the Brussels Delegation, each with a stipend of €22,000
In addition to the study grants already mentioned, the Ministry of Finance and Relations with the EU offers two internship grants to work at the Canary Islands Government Delegation in Brussels. The internships will last for **one year, with a stipend of 22,000** euros each.
