Discover which cities on the continent have the most direct flights this winter season, beyond the Canary Islands

Beyond the inter-island flights that connect Lanzarote with Las Palmas de Gran Canaria with 112 flights a week and 72 to Tenerife, London is the city best connected to Lanzarote.

The capital of the United Kingdom has strengthened its position as the best-connected city on the continent with Lanzarote this winter season with 53 flights a week, eight more than last year, which equates to a 7% increase in air capacity.

In second place, Madrid, which loses 5% of its capacity, three flights compared to last year, leaving it with a total of 34 flights per week.

The third is Dublin, which gains 8% in capacity compared to last year, reaching 33 flights per week.

The fourth best-connected city with Lanzarote is Manchester, which despite having lost 5% of capacity compared to last year, has 30 weekly direct flights with Lanzarote.

Fifth place goes to Birmingham, the city that gains the most capacity this fall with 9% more seats to Lanzarote and 16 direct flights every seven days.

Next is Bristol, which despite losing 6% of its capacity this season, maintains 15 flights each week.

Barcelona is the seventh best-connected city on the continent with Lanzarote, despite having lost 3% of capacity compared to last year with the cancellation of Ryanair's two weekly frequencies. Currently, there are 14 weekly flights with the city of Barcelona, all from Vueling.

In eighth place is Nottingham, the city of Robin Hood, which gains 3% capacity this season and ties with Barcelona at 14 flights per week.

For ninth and tenth place, we must travel to Scotland. Edinburgh gains 8% capacity and has 14 weekly flights, while Glasgow gains 4% of seats and has 13 weekly flights.
