The Centers for Art, Culture and Tourism have just published the tender documents for the contract for the service of Data Protection Officer of the Entity.
The objective of this procedure is the hiring of an external figure to provide technical and legal support in resolving queries related to compliance with personal data protection regulations, as well as in the preparation of reports related to the Entity's Transparency Portal.
Among its functions, it will also include conducting data protection audits and implementing training and awareness programs for staff in this area, among othersThe Minister of Tourism Centers, Ángel Vázquez, pointed out that this new public tender "allows us to continue taking steps to consolidate a management model that guarantees transparency, cost control, and quality in the services we offer."
The contract will have an initial duration of three years, starting from the date of formalization, with the possibility of an additional one-year extension. It has a budget of 10,000 euros per year, excluding IGIC.
