96.6% of the 7,931 vacation homes available in Lanzarote last November were booked, according to the island's Data Center based on statistics from the Canary Islands Institute of Statistics (ISTAC).
Thus, all the reserved vacation homes on the island (7,667) raised 25.7 million euros last month, compared to the 16.6 million that entered in November of last year. Then, 6,888 units were booked.
The average rate of all reserved vacation homes increased by 23.3% to an average of 193 euros per night.

In the specific case of vacation homes with up to four places, the increase was the same, 23.3% in a year, up to 127 euros per night, while those with up to eight places increased their prices by 22.8% up to 271 euros.
Vacation homes in Lanzarote with more than eight places charged an average of 515 euros per night in November, 25.4% more than during the same month last year when they were sold at an average price of 384 euros per night.
The average stay was located in 4.89 days this November, slightly below that achieved in the same month last year when it was 4.98 days.
