Between January and October, 255,673 travelers from German airports have landed in Lanzarote, which is equivalent to a growth of 9.2% compared to the same dates in 2023, when there were 232,114 people.
The largest increases occurred between January and March. In the first month of this year, a total of 35,893 travelers arrived in Lanzarote from Germany, compared to the 28,749 who had arrived the previous year.
In February of this year, 44,215 German tourists arrived compared to the 37,071 who had landed in the same month of the previous year.
Also in March, when 45,401 Germans arrived, there was a large increase compared to the previous year when there had been 34,370 people.
Arrivals from Germany, however, could fall again this winter, as the number of flights has decreased from 52 frequencies to only 50, so that the weekly capacity of Lanzarote with the German country goes from 8,932 passengers last year to 8,405 this winter.
