In February , 302,880 tourists arrived in Lanzarote, which represents 3.7% less than those who arrived in the same month of 2025, when there were 314,382, according to figures provided by the Lanzarote Data Centre.
However, there were several markets that increased their arrivals. The one that grew the most was the Italian, a total of 13,742 tourists arrived last February from Italy, 48% more than the 7,094 travelers who arrived the same month last year.
In second place, the country that most increased its passenger traffic to Lanzarote last February was Belgium, from where 6,860 people arrived compared to 4,987 last year, a 37% more.
In contrast, Nordic tourism fell by 33%, equivalent to almost 4,000 fewer tourists, totaling 7,455 this February.
Also the German and French markets fell, with 3,000 fewer tourists from each one of them. Thus, a total of 33,494 travelers arrived this February from Germany and 21,870 from France.
From the Netherlands the fall was of 14.7%, about 1,500 fewer tourists than in February of last year up to 8,469 arrivals.
From Ireland arrived a thousand more tourists than last year up to a total of 31,947 travelers.
The United Kingdom for its part added another 10,000 more travelers compared to last year up to 144,955 tourists.
